About the Course
Sign Language Australia has provided Auslan Classes for people interested in this beautiful language for almost nine years.
The cost of face-to-face, small classes has risen considerably in recent years. Sign Language Australia has decided that the time has come to diversify our business and consequently we are not longer offering Auslan Classes at the Dulwich, Klemzig or Brighton Centre.
However, we can now offer one-to-one or small group Auslan tuition programs online or in person with Dr Donovan Cresdee for anyone interested in learning Auslan for Beginners or progressing through our graduated levels of Auslan competency.
Donovan can provide tailored, individual programs to meet your requirements, beginner, interpreter preparation, SACE preparation or teacher competency, etc.
He was involved in the development of the Australia wide Auslan Curriculum for schools, SACE curriculum and marking in South Australia and the Auslan Certificate for TAFE and has a PhD in applied linguistics – Auslan/English. Donovan would be happy to discuss how he can meet your Auslan needs.
Please contact Donovan via email or SMS (0417992392) with your inquiry.
Goal
To enable learners to participate in an exchange relating to greetings, personal information and health in a setting (e.g., at a surgery, a shop, a hospital, a school, a home etc,).
